A tribute to Jura heritage
For this unique occasion, La Maison Wenger steps outside its walls and relocates to the Halle-Cantine of the Marché-Concours in Saignelégier, an emblematic venue of the Swiss Jura, famous for hosting the annual gathering of Franches-Montagnes horses.
This vast, lively hall becomes, for one evening, the stage of an epicurean feast under the banner of celebration, tradition… and indulgence.
Under the guidance of Chef Jérémy Desbraux and hostess Anaëlle Roze, the event is transformed into a true Jura-style banquet.
On the menu: a parade of pork-based dishes prepared with passion and precision – from fine charcuterie and roasted cuts to flavorful broths and other traditional specialties, reimagined in a modern and festive spirit. Local products take center stage, elevated with finesse to delight and awaken the guests’ palates.
